CLASS PASSES: All Class Passes have expiration dates. Class Passes can NOT be shared; everyone must have their own account & their own passes. NO EXTENSIONS on Class Passes without a medical excuse.
LATE CANCEL: Late Cancel occurs when you cancel a reservation within 2 hrs of class time. Class Pass holders will lose a Class Pass & unlimited pass holders will be subjected to a $10 late cancel fee.
STUDIO DOOR: The studio door is locked 5 mins after the class starts; no entry after that point. Classes that are full with students waiting will start giving away spots 5 mins prior to the start of class. Make sure to arrive in plenty of time to guarantee your spot on the floor.
NO SHOW: A “no show” occurs when you do not cancel your reservation and do not show for the class. All “no shows” will be charged a $10 fee to the card on file or to your account. Pass holders and students on ClassPass will lose the class pass. Accounts with UNPAID charges will be frozen until payment is received.
CANCELLATION: To cancel a monthly unlimited contract; please contact us via email with 30 days notice.
REFUNDS: Are not available for any class packages. If you cannot use your 5 or 12 class passes, you can transfer ALL of them to another student. (*Unlimited passes cannot be transferred.) Simply email the studio with the students full name, email address and phone number.
