-I am a school psychologists for Charleston County School District. I serve all the middle and high school students in the West Ashley area.
What can we expect from your class?
- A safe space to move, breathe, explore, and study your mind, body and soul.
What is one word to describe yoga?

-That subtle moment when the shift from being in my head moves to getting into my body. That’s when the magic happens!!
