We are here for you! Get ready to experience the fundamentals of vinyasa “flow” yoga in a slower, more descriptive class. Through hands-on assists, clear communication, essential listening, and classes designed for a new student, we will provide a blissful beginner yoga experience created just for you!
This class is great for new yogis while experienced yogis can check in with their practice.

2-week Beginner Series
This 2-week Beginner Series is specially designed for the brand-new yogi! It’s a safe environment to ask questions and explore the benefits of yoga. Over the two weeks, we will share a brief history of yoga and learn the sun salutations, foundational poses, proper alignment, modifications, and breath work so you have the confidence and tools to move forward in your practice.

Beginner Workshop
If you want to start from the beginning, learn the basics, and gain confidence in a yoga practice, this workshop is for you! The Beginners Workshop is designed to deliver the benefits of our Two-week Series in a more condensed version. It is a comfortable environment to ask questions in the moment and learn the foundational poses.

Beginner Private Sessions
Single Session $64.00 (one-time offer)
In this 50-minute private session, you will explore and deepen your understanding of yoga. The class is specialized for your needs and individualized for each new yogi. A slower class dedicated to learning the foundational poses, correct alignment, and basics of vinyasa (flow) yoga. There will be an emphasis on linking breath and movement while building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
Three Sessions $165.00 (one-time offer)
This three-part private session mirrors our 4-week beginner series class, specifically designed for the brand new yogi. It is a safe environment to ask questions and explore the benefits of yoga. Throughout each 50-minute private session, you will learn yoga etiquette, sun salutations, foundational poses, proper alignment, modifications that suit your body best, and breathwork to have the confidence and tools to move forward in your yoga practice. Come prepared to build stamina and strength that may carry you through more advanced yoga classes. Please arrive early for your sessions and avoid eating at least 1 hour before class.
Session 1: Yoga beyond the mat and etiquette. Sun salutations, standing and seated postures
Session 2: Standing balancing poses and beginning arm balances
Session 3: Inversions and backbends
